Information used

The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, area of interest, short message and email. Your role, industry, workflow and phone number are optional. Please leave out identity numbers, banking details, employee records, health information and confidential documents. Website infrastructure may process technical request details such as IP addresses, request time and browser information for delivery and security.

Why information is processed

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, discuss a possible engagement and keep a necessary record of that discussion. Technical information supports website delivery, abuse prevention and fault investigation. The form requires your permission to process your enquiry. Submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing.

Providers and international processing

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Enquiries are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to our Gmail inbox. The form sends the contact, organisation, service and message fields you supply, together with your consent. FormSubmit and Google act as service providers in this processing. Cloudflare and email infrastructure may process information outside South Africa. A South African business address does not mean every website request or email stays in South Africa. Relevant provider arrangements and safeguards must be considered for the processing involved.

Security checks

Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser and technical request information for this check. The verification result is checked before the enquiry is sent for processing. This security check does not subscribe you to marketing.

Interactive examples and tracking

The five-question self-audit, industry selector and job estimate work in your browser. Their answers and amounts are not submitted or stored by these features. This version does not add advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. Our hosting provider can still process technical information needed for its services. A later change to optional tracking will require an updated notice and an appropriate choice where required.

Retention and access

FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains form submissions for 30 days. See its provider documentation. This is separate from records in our email inbox.

Enquiry records are kept only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. If an engagement follows, its agreement will describe the relevant records and responsibilities. Ask us about the retention of a specific enquiry or request deletion where applicable. Access to enquiry information should be limited to people and service providers who need it for the stated purpose.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully undertaken. Email us with a clear description of your request. We may need to verify your identity using proportionate information before responding.

You may raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator. Its website provides current complaint procedures and contact details.

Client systems are scoped separately

Before an ERP deployment, the parties must agree responsible party and operator roles, access, hosting locations, subcontractors, retention, incident handling and any international transfers. South African hosting is an option to assess; it is not a claim that software or a provider alone establishes POPIA compliance.
