BUSINESS ERP PILOT · GUIDED DEMONSTRATIONS

Your workflow,
on one connected path.

ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning. It is software that connects sales, stock, purchasing, finance and daily operations, so teams can work from shared information instead of separate spreadsheets. We configure the agreed modules, migrate agreed data and train your team.

Start with one useful workflow. Add more when the business is ready.

ERP, made simple

One system.
A connected business.

ERP means Enterprise Resource Planning. Think of it as a shared information hub: each team does its work, and the relevant information connects to the other parts of the business.

GROWTH FUNNELERPShared business informationOne connected view.
Access based on each person’s role.
Sales ↔ ERP ↔ Stock & finance

An order starts the conversation.

Sales records what the customer ordered. Stock information helps the team check availability, while finance can use the agreed order details to prepare an invoice.

Example / a configured retail workflow

Follow one customer order.

  1. 1. SellRecord the customer’s order.
  2. 2. Check stockConfirm what is available; raise purchasing needs if required.
  3. 3. DeliverRecord the agreed goods or work delivered.
  4. 4. Invoice & reviewTrack the invoice, payment and related costs.

This diagram explains a possible ERP setup. Modules, approvals, automatic updates and integrations are agreed and tested for your business. Payroll and specialist industry tools need their own assessment.

South African implementation

Privacy and continuity
belong in the scope.

We plan access, hosting, backups and data responsibilities with you before go-live. South African hosting can be scoped for the ERP application and database.

Provider location alone does not establish POPIA compliance. Contracts, safeguards, access, retention and any cross-border processing need review.

Before you commit

Clear answers, upfront.

What is ready to demonstrate today?

Our local pilots demonstrate selected invoicing, stock, manufacturing and time-based service examples, plus basic security, retail and transport costing records. South African VAT examples use fictional companies. A demonstration is a starting point for scoping; production readiness is assessed separately.

Do security and transport companies need extra systems?

Often. Guard rostering, patrol devices, incident response, GPS tracking, dispatch, proof of delivery and fuel integrations require assessment and may need specialist tools. The current industry tracker demonstrates basic costing and status records.

Is South African payroll included?

We can include payroll in the assessment and quote. The current pilot contains a limited salary estimator. A complete payroll system, current statutory calculations, payslips, accounting links and filing outputs must be validated before live use. Payroll is not presented as production-ready.

How much does implementation cost?

We quote after reviewing scope. The quote separates implementation, data preparation, training, recurring hosting and support, licences where applicable, and optional integrations. Changes require agreement. Ask for a quote matched to your business rather than a package with features you do not need.

Can the ERP be personalised for our business?

Yes. We assess your workflows and reporting needs, then agree the modules, branding, roles, reports and integrations to configure. Implementation, hosting, support and any paid extensions or specialist services are scoped and priced separately. We demonstrate the agreed requirements before go-live.

Are there limits on users or growth?

Capacity depends on workload and infrastructure. Concurrent activity, reporting, attachments and integrations matter more than a single user count. We agree a suitable starting environment and test the required workload before promising capacity or a service level.

Follow a fictional retail order.

Review the records and acceptance checks to discuss before implementation.
